Processing Time:

• For in-stock items, your order will be lovingly processed within 1-3 business days.
• Preorder items have a processing time of around 30 – 35 days. Why so long? Each piece is meticulously handcrafted; it takes between 12-46 hours to intricately weave each and every single piece. To save the planet, we can’t send a whole ship just for the singular piece (unless there’s a wedding), so we batch it with a few more Zamoyoni’s. Carefully wrapped and shipped from Africa before making its way to you.
• During the sales period, we try our best to have all orders dispatched on time. Due to high demand, we apologize in advance if any delays occur.
• We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days from when the order was placed. Please allow 2-3 business days to receive your shipping confirmation and tracking information.
• Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll find a confirmation email with all the details in your inbox. If you can’t find it, it might have slipped into your spam folder. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at [email protected] if you need another confirmation.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, so you know exactly what to expect.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

• Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking info. Keep an eye out for it!
• Please take a moment to double-check the shipping address you’ve given us. We want your order to find its way to you without a hitch! If an error in the address prevents delivery, we’ll refund your original order (excluding the shipping fee), and you can easily place your order again.
• Please note: Sometimes, our shipping partners might experience delays that are out of our control. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

• Any import fees like customs are on Zamoyoni. Any US taxes are on you… you know how it goes with Uncle Sam, right?

Damages:

• If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact the carrier immediately to file a claim. We’ll do our best to assist you from there because we get it, stuff happens.

We get it, we’re all unique…so yes we can make custom orders but not in the way you might be imagining: our custom orders and personalization’s are more about you dictating certain color combinations and a few design tweaks but nothing too far off from the existing design.

Note that there is rich cultural meaning behind a lot of these designs and colors. The Zulu artisans who weave them work hard to preserve the meaning behind the designs, so yes, we can change a bit here n there but not too much. Get it!

Zamoyoni Shop’s Return Policy

At Zamoyoni, we want you to know that you belong. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help with our generous returns policy:

30 Day Limit

You have a whole 30 days to decide how be-you-tiful your zamoyoni piece makes you feel. If you aint feeling it, you can return it within that 30 day period. Beyond that….surely…there must have been something good about it, right!

Exchange

We really prefer to prioritize exchanges over returns.

• If it’s defective, we’d prefer an exchange over a flat out return. If we sent the wrong order, definitely, that’s an exchange (unless you fell in love with the wrong order).

• Should You choose to exchange for a new one, the exchange item may not be immediately available. Like we said- everything is handmade. Give us time to make magic for you.

• If you find yourself needing to return or exchange, Send us an email at [email protected] and we will send you a return slip so you don’t incur any shipping charges. Yup, you got that right, this small business will incur those shipping costs for you. That’s how much we heart you. That’s the Zamoyoni way.

Receipt Required

• To get a full refund, you’ll need proof of purchase (receipt or order number). We need to know it was really you….not some umm bot or something…

Condition of Items

• Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unruined). Offcourse you need to have tried it in front of the mirror but beyond that…you know what we mean.

Damaged Items

• We accept returns for items that are defective. If defective – that’s on Zamoyoni. If damaged by you…girlfie, you know how life goes- that’s on you.

Refund Method

• Refunds are typically credited back to the original form of payment. This one is a sensitive one….it’s just got to be so.

Exceptions

• Some items like personalized and altered pieces may not be eligible for return. Like if that unicorn piece was made just for you and your shindig….we don’t need it back.

Return Process

• You can return the items to Zamoyoni at 222 Purchase Street, Rye, NY 10580 but you don’t need to worry about this, it will all be on the return slip we will send you.

Queen, take care of your Zamoyoni-ite, she is delicate. Here are some tips to keep her looking god.

1. Store Separately:

• Keep in its own box or bag, away from other jewelry. This helps prevent tangling and scratching of the bead surfaces.

2. Avoid Moisture and Chemicals:

• Keep your beaded jewelry away from moisture and chemicals, including perfume and lotion, as these can damage the beads and their finish.

3. Remove Before Tasks:

• Take off before engaging in activities that may expose it to chemicals or abrasives: like washing dishes if it’s hand pieces or hair salon-ing if it’s earrings.

4. Put On and Take Off Carefully:

• Put your beaded jewelry on last, after clothing, and take it off first to prevent tangling and breakage.

5. Minimize Touching:

• Try not to touch your beaded jewelry too much. While it’s tempting to feel its texture, excessive handling can cause wear and tear.

6. Use Earring Backs:

• Always use the little plastic backs on your earrings to secure them in place and prevent loss.

7. Show Love:
